This policy explains how uses personal information which we collect from you. It also explains how we use cookies.

When you wish to receive or use services on this website, such as newsletters, prize draws, uploading your work, and as Another Magazine members, you will be asked to submit personal information such as your name and email address.

By entering the details in the forms, you enable and its service providers to provide you with the services you select.

Financial Information

We use Shopify customer order and management system to process orders and Paypal as our payment gateway to verify the debit and credit card details you supply. Once transactions have been verified and completed we do not hold any details regarding your personal debit or credit cards.

Visitor Information

When you visit, the pages you see are downloaded to your computer, along with a text file which is called a cookie. Each website on the internet can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites. uses cookies for two purposes:

It enables us to personalise parts of the site for your visit, for example looking at when you are logged in.We use cookies to analyse where people are going on the site, which in turn allows us to provide a better experience for you - this information cannot be tied back to an individual user account.

If you have set your computer to reject cookies you can still browse Another Mag anonymously, however you will not be able to register with the site, and your experience of interactive elements of the site may be affected.

Use and Storage of Information

When you supply any personal information to we have legal obligations towards you in the way we use those data. We must collect the information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it (see the notices on particular webpages that let you know why we are requesting the information) and tell you if we want to pass the information on to anyone else.

We may use your information to: remember you when you visit our website and track your browsing patterns by using cookies, place your anonymised information into audience segments to identify your interests.

In general, any information you provide to will only be used within and by its agents and service providers. Your information will be disclosed where we are obliged or permitted by law. Also, if you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on or to, we can use whatever information that is available about you to stop such behaviour.
