Why did you choose Hannah Martin’s Vincent facet signet and empty sovereign rings?
Because of how mysterious and powerful they seem. They appear quite cryptic and ominous. Her collections are always so well formed and narrative – jewellery is my favorite of her infatuations.
What’s the last thing you bought?
I just placed an order for a pair of Rachel Comey A/W 10 shoes. They're embroidered and navy textile Oxfords with a wooden sole!
What are your most treasured possessions?
My great-great grandmother's braided silver wedding ring. It was on her finger when she came out west on the Oregon Trail and was passed down through our family to me in a collection of heirloom jewellery pieces.
What are your favourite online shops?
I love looking at Stand Up Comedy's online store – now that I don't live in Portland, Oregon, it's how I experience their amazing shop.
