Miu Miu Satin Sandals
Our love of this week is a pair of Miu Miu duchess satin platform sandals posted by Muscovite Anna Dyulgerova. Dyulgerova runs Cycles and Seasons, a creative platform for Russian fashion designers; is the Special Projects Director of Baibakov, a non-profit art institution; and is the Fashion Director of arts and culture quarterly Black Square.
Why did you choose the Sandals?
I loved the entire Miu Miu collection – I was over-blacked, over-punked, over-spiked and looking for a new theme. I am also a big admirer of shoes that look like they’re from the Seventies.
What's the last thing you bought?
A Seventies YSL Rive Gauche safari dress from Hibiscus Place, which is a vintage store in Florida. From this season’s collections, it was a Chloe Elsie bag in a bright tan color.
What's your most treasured possession?
A piece by Harmonie Korine from the Beautiful Losers exhibition, which I purchased from the CircleCulture Gallery in Berlin.
