“Power in the feminine,” as Donna Karan desribed her collection, was clearly identified through her S/S11 show, which featured a natural palette of skin tones romantically explored throughout. In great contrast, Marc Jacobs’s vibrant show, while still feminine and extremely sexy, looked more like a night out at Studio 54.
