This week’s AnOther Lover is PR guru Mandi Lennard. Based in Shoreditch, Mandi currently runs a brand consultancy called Mandi’s Basement, with clients including Barbie, Bistrotheque, LOVE magazine and Ponystep. Mandi has chosen a Dee & Ricky x Chanel Lego lipstick brooch as her most loved product, which, like most of her clientele, is fun, youthful and fashion-forward.

Why did you choose the Chanel Lego lipstick?
We don't really know about Dee & Ricky in London, but last summer friends from NY were all wearing their Lego cigarette pins – I think Kanye had one, too – when I came across their take on a Chanel lipstick, I loved it as visually there are so many messages, and I love Chanel.

What's the last thing you bought?
A Bathing Ape green plastic ring for £40 from The Hideout; I wear it every day. That's what I love about fashion; off goes the silver Hermès ring and on goes the cheap piece of plastic. I also bought a YSL handbag made from army surplus, and an Undercover dress from Dover Street Market.

What's your most treasured possession?
A white plastic Kartel screen from the 60s, bought from The Stables in Camden 10 years ago. I have it in my office and love it to death every day. It's composed of interlocking cylinders and you can make so many formations with it.

What's your favourite online shop?
Colette – I check what's new daily and love all the books and magazines, but you've got to move quick. One night I got in late and saw some Giuseppe Zanotti boots that arrived that day. I thought I'd sleep on it, but when I woke up every size had sold out.
