Photography by RodarteBefore sisters Kate and Laura Mulleavy became the fashion super-duo Rodarte, they grew up in California on America’s west coast. For a recent vacation, the girls returned home, documenting their stay with these exclusive photographs. Touching on their roots in Big Sur and Santa Cruz, the pictures offer a unique insight into the inspiration behind their award-winning and characteristically sensitive and distressed designs, which are worn by many of Hollywood's elite including Tilda Swinton, Chloë Sevigny, Cate Blanchett and Keira Knightley.
