Day 1: Wednesday February 24
–  Up and Coming: Marco Corso, Frencesco di Giorgi, Frencesca Liberatore and Susannah Cornet are this year’s Next Generation winners.

–  The N-U-DE (New Upcoming Designers) Project supports new Italian and international designers and young fashion brands. Showing this year Chicca Lualdi, Christiano Burani and Mauro Gasperi.

–  Exhibition: Tyen, 30 years of creation for Dior – when make-up becomes art, opened this week at the Vittorio Emanuele.

 

Day 2: Thursday February 25
–  Muted colours and chic practicality were displayed on the catwalk at Fendi.

–  Prada collection: A-line silhouettes, frills and fifties and sixties influences.

–  Manuela Arcari’s new collection for Ter et Bantine remained traditionally minimal and timelessly elegant.

 

Day 3: Friday February 26
–  Futuristic Sounds at the Jil Sander A/W collection.

– A different approach at this season's Versace show

–  Bvlgari’s new Chandra bag was celebrated with a lavish cocktail party at the Bulgari hotel.

–  Tod’s Presentation took place at the beautiful Villa Necchi in Via Mozart, Milan.

–  D&G’s after party was held at the designer’s showrooms.

 

Day 4: Saturday February 27
–  Greta Garbo: The Mystery of Style opened at Avenue Alemagna exhibiting the silver screen legend’s personal wardrobe.

–  AnOther hosted an an intimate soiree.

–  Punks Wear Prada: Milan’s weekly party celebrated Milan Fashion Week at their event, Be My Muse.

 

Day 5: Sunday February 28
–  Lindsay Lohan, Ronnie Wood and Courtney Love all made an appearance at the Cavalli after party.

Day 6: Monday March 1
–  Palace Dying: A new exhibition space opened at the Museo di Milano dedicated to costume fashion from the 19th century to present day.
