Today AnOther will broadcast Miu Miu’s S/S12 womenswear show live from Conseil Economique, Social et Environnemental in Paris at 13:00 GMT.
After a longstanding relationship with the brand since its inception in 1993, Prada’s provocative yet sophisticated sister has featured across various fashion spreads and features. Most notably, the high fashion brand is worn by actress Rachel Weisz on the cover of our latest AnOther Magazine autumn/winter 2011 issue. Dressed in a yellow wool crepe coat by Miu Miu, Weisz is styled by Olivier Rizzo and shot by Craig McDean.
Inside the issue the Oscar-winning actress appears in stills taken from a short film shot by McDean on location in Red Hook, New York wearing a wool crepe dress and glitter pumps by Miu Miu (arguably the defining shoe shape of the A/W11 season) as she carries out a series of non-narrative performances, inspired by postmodern dance legend Pina Bausch.
