"The inspiration that lies beneath each of my collections is the universality of a natural or scientific phenomenon. For Spring 11, I made the moon my subject of inspiration and I imagined a moon safari, reminiscent of the satellite's dark and romantic side, yet paired with a colourful pop culture-like approach." Risto is a designer who has consistently been influenced by the contemporary, while holding a certain penchant for the ever-expansive space and unknown boundaries beyond human life. This season he will once more bring the two worlds together to form a beautifully curious collection.
