For the first time in Another Man’s 15-year history, the magazine’s 30th issue – fronted by Jake Gyllenhaal, and guest-edited by Jo-Ann Furniss – will be available free as a digital copy

During these unprecedented times, AnOther Magazine’s brother publication Another Man celebrates its 15th birthday with the launch of its new issue – which will be made available as a digital issue to read free of charge, for the first time since the magazine’s launch, by signing up below. This afternoon Another Man has revealed the cover star of this special issue: actor Jake Gyllenhaal, who is photographed by Alasdair McLellan, styled by Ellie Grace Cumming and interviewed by Chris Heath

Jo-Ann Furniss guest edits the Summer/Autumn 2020 ‘High Art Pop Culture’ issue of Another Man, “for my great, sharp-as-a-knife and supremely talented friend, Alister Mackie”, she says in her introduction to the issue. “It mainly features people I have worked with, interviewed and known over the years, many of whom are my friends and most of whom are my great heroes – they are the reason I work in magazines and the fashion industry in the first place,” she writes.

“All of them I think also say something about the here and now: the 20s. They are all icons of High Art Pop Culture.” Furniss’ heroes who appear in the pages of Another Man’s new issue include: Miuccia Prada, Don McCullin, Sterling Ruby, Rick Owens, Bryan Ferry, Peter Saville, Paul Morley, Blondey McCoy, Douglas Coupland, Willy Vanderperre, Olivier Rizzo, Mario Sorrenti, Cecil Beaton, Mark Simpson, Matthew Williams of 1017 Alyx 9SM, and more.

“We hope that in this challenging time the magazine and the stories within it excite and inspire you, and provide you with some much needed cultural relief,” says Another Man.

Another Man Issue 30 is on sale internationally from Thursday, 2 April and available to access digitally, in its entirety and free of charge, from Monday, 6 April. Simply sign up below.
