This week's Happy Monday is guaranteed to raise a smile: dogs caught mid-shake by photographer Carli Davidson. Inspired by her own dog Norbert, an avid shaker, the Portland-based Davidson found that with the help of a high speed camera it is possible to take brilliantly characteristic freeze-frame snapshots and accompanying video of jowly muts as they rattle and roll, distorting their facial features to a hilarious degree. From a manic, maned Chinese Crested to a cross-eyed, teeth-clenching boxer, we hope these cartoon-like canines help get your week of to the happiest of starts.
