Another Man and Tatras marked the opening of their new photography exhibition at Dover Street Market Paris with a packed cocktail celebration during Paris Photo

On Friday 14 November, amid the electric energy of Paris Photo 2025, Another Man and Tatras invited friends, collaborators and cultural luminaries to gather for an evening of cocktails at Dover Street Market Paris. The occasion marked the opening of a new exhibition showcasing work from Another Man Volume II, Issue IV, including Paul Kooiker’s striking cover story created in collaboration with Tatras, alongside special commissions by JH Engström, Thomas Mailaender and Chardchakaj Waikawee.

As guests arrived, Dover Street Market’s distinctive multi-level space – all concrete coolness, sculptural installation points and curated nooks – became abuzz with friends and collaborators. People spilled into the front outdoor area and drifted through to the back terrace by Rose Bakery, where the glow of exterior lights cast a warm outline over the evening’s growing crowd. Inside Rose Bakery, piles of the new Another Man issue featuring Kooiker’s cover were stacked neatly on tables, quickly picked up by guests before being slipped into the Tatras x Another Man branded tote bags distributed throughout the space.

Moving through the exhibition rooms downstairs, attendees encountered Kooiker’s atmospheric imagery featuring Tatras’ Autumn/Winter 2025 collection – a season defined by curved volumes, gender-bridging silhouettes and sculptural plays on proportion. Technical innovation sits at the brand’s core, with a collection that welcomes cropped bomber and anorak forms in water-repellent taffeta, matte-and-shine contrasts, chain and diamond quilting, and down jackets rendered in tones of mist, peat brown, cobalt and soft neutrals.

Inside the exhibition co-curated by Another Man and BeGood, Kooiker’s work sat alongside commissions by Engström and Mailaender, producing a multi-voiced snapshot of contemporary photography. Engström attended the evening, greeting guests and fellow photographers who had gathered to toast the launch and the Winter/Spring 2025 issue.

A crowd of familiar names from the worlds of fashion, photography and art wove through the venue and its terraces, including Adrian Joffe, MJ Harper, Giovanni Leonardo Bassan, Pieter Hugo, Marie Valognes, Julie Joubert, Mark Luckasavage, Emilie Kareh, Thue Norgaard, Adam Peter Johnson, Samia Giobellina, Andy Picci, Florence Tétier, Senta Simond and many more. Tote bags filled with fresh magazines swung from arms as guests circulated.

Throughout the night, canapés by acclaimed Parisian culinary studio Reussette moved through the crowd, alongside cocktails – including Cosmopolitans and Palomas – mixed to perfection. Paris-based DJ, model and rising cinema talent Eva Yelmani curated the evening’s soundtrack, weaving psychobilly, art-punk and garage rock into a sharp, atmospheric mix shaped by her extensive vinyl collection.

As conversations drifted late into the evening, the event set the stage for the exhibition’s public run. From 15–19 November, visitors can discover the full presentation at Dover Street Market Paris – a meeting point between Tatras’ A/W25 collection and the creatives who brought it to life in the pages of Another Man.

Paul Kooiker’s Tatras special featuring Ian Svenonius for Another Man, alongside other special features from the issue, was on display at DSMP from 15-19 November 2025 (11am-7pm Saturday-Wednesday; 12pm-7pm Sunday).
