With Die Hartjungs playing raucous punk music in the background, Vivienne Westwood's Gold Label A/W15 show had the atmosphere of a gleefully frenzied houseparty. The runway decorated with tinsel, filled with boys wearing dresses and Paz de la Huerta in an open suit jacket, the show became a riotous celebration of non-conformity. Then, the woman famous not only for her wonderfully-cut tailoring but also for thwarting convention at every turn did it again: by closing her Paris runway with a series of makeout sessions (both Paz and Dame Westwood herself took part, with their respective partners).
