Musical innovator and genius Instagrammer Michel Gaubert answers the AnOther Proust Questionnaire

Obviously, the fashion week landscape is supposed to be all about the clothes, but for Michel Gaubert, it’s sonic. As fashion’s leading sound director, a creative whirlwind combining unerring taste and uniquely Gallic flair, he makes catwalk mixes for the likes of Chanel, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Céline, JW Anderson, Raf Simons, Dior, Gucci, Valentino and Sacai, essentially deciding the music we will be getting dressed to in six months time. Alongside this, he moonlights as one of AnOther’s favourite Instagrammers. His account – @michelgaubert – has been engaged in witty, affectionate badinage with the fashion world since he started posting in 2012, with posts ranging from his feline series, “This is not Choupette”, to expressive cartoons and film stills that crop up at pertinent moments. As Paris Fashion Week starts, Gaubert gets personal with Jefferson Hack's off-kilter take on Proust's Questionnaire.
