Sam Rollinson for Topshop Unique S/S15

From Jourdan Dunn to Sam Rollinson, we speak to Topshop Unique's stellar cast of models for S/S15

From frilly knickers to sequin shifts, Topshop Unique S/S15 was a ra-ra disco inspired by the gloss and gaud of the British seaside. "Faded Glamour" read the show notes, preceeding a wistful, youth-charged mash-up of retro athletic stripes, crops, glittering ruffles and crystal pleats. It's the sharp femininity scythed through with boyish charm that Unique has become known for. But really, the attitude comes down to the girl wearing it, and Topshop's all-star audience (Alexa, Pixie and Jessie all on the front row) and cast of models came brimming with character. AnOther caught up with the girls pre-show to talk London, fashion week and guilty pleasures.

Sam Rollinson
What has been your favourite outfit to walk in this season so far?
My Henry Holland outfit.

What would you recommend to anybody coming to London?
For first timers? All of the touristy stuff really. Go on the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, that sort of thing.

What was the last thing that made you laugh?
Just having banter backstage. Some of my best mates are here, so it’s great.

How would you sum up fashion week in three words?
Mental, funny and fun.

Jourdan Dunn
What has been your favourite outfit to walk in this season so far?
This is my first show, but I love my second look. It is a sheer, black dress, is really cute.

What would you recommend to anybody coming to London?
Everyone should try Nandos. Go to the big Topshop on Oxford Street. If the weather is great, just have a walk, people-spot.

What was the last thing that made you laugh?
Cara, when she was doing an interview and being very enthusiastic about why she loves shows.

Malaika Firth
What has been your favourite outfit to walk in this season so far?
Versace — I wore a bikini suit, it was really hot.

How would you sum up fashion week?
Exhilarating.

What do you miss when you are not in London?
I live in London and I love Nandos. They don’t have Nandos in the states, so when I come back I always go.

Where would you recommend to anybody visting London?
London Bridge, go to the London Eye.

Devon Windsor
What has been your favourite outfit to walk in this season so far?
I wore an amazing dress for Oscar de la Renta. It was bright green with flower designs along the bottom.

How would you describe London fashion week?
London is always short and sweet. I am still refreshed and ready to go and I’m not exhausted yet. There are really fun shows. Topshop is really fun to do, and Tom Ford tomorrow will be great.

What is the last thing that made you laugh?
I fell during my Tom Ford fitting, that was pretty funny.

Maja Salamon
What has been your favourite outfit to walk in this season so far?
I have had a lot of nice looks. Victoria Beckham, I think because I don't usually wear that sort of thing. It was a pair of pink flares and a pink and white jacket. It was cool.

What is the last thing that made you laugh?
Actually my friend just made me really laugh because she is about to meet up with a person we don’t really like, but her agency told her to. We were making up stories, it is going to be ridiculous.

Where would you recommend to anybody visting London?
I love Shoreditch and the Old Street area. My favourite café is Look Mum No Hands.

Nastya Sten
What has been your favourite outfit to walk in this season so far?
Proenza Schouler.

What do you enjoy when you come to London?
I like porridge in the morning.

How would you describe London Fashion Week so far?
Fresh colours, Spring, love.
