The Old Street headquarters was transformed by the McQueens team, featuring delicate hanging lilies in the front windows and a banquet table with floating candles and white roses. Founded in 1991, Ellis had one aim in mind: “I wanted to sell simple, stylish flowers, beautifully presented, to the London market. And I knew people would love it.” Now the brand has a shop in Claridges and works on creations for clients including Claridges, Mullberry and the Oscars.
