This week there really are some unmissable, international cultural happenings. British artist William Turnbull releases new works from the late 50s never previously shown, Alex Prager comes to the UK, New York goes mad for museums in an art love-in on Fifth Avenue, and Berlin is host to a short exhibition celebrating migration and modern urban living.

William Turnbull at Waddington Galleries, London – June 9 to July 3

British institution William Turnbull comes to Waddington Galleries for the show Beyond Time. Including eight as-yet unseen Turnbull paintings from the 1950s alongside his sculpture works, the exhibition is a must for both fans and the uninitiated alike.

Alex Prager at Michael Hoppen Gallery, London – June 10 to August 10

Talented US photographer Alex Prager comes to London’s Michael Hoppen Gallery to display the most recent batch of his unsettling and intriguing work.
