Next up, on our mission to brighten up your Monday, we bring you the brilliant, multi-coloured tulip fields of Anna Paulowna, a town in North Holland. The vividly variegated rows of flowers, and the striking patterns they create, were captured in aerial view by French photographer Normann Szkop, who embarked upon a light aircraft journey for the purpose. The tulip typically flowers from April to mid-May and has long been considered a symbol of the Netherlands, a country famed for its bulb flower cultivation. So, as the icy weather finally appears to be lifting, we take this opportunity to celebrate spring in all its glory.

Happy Monday! #anotherhappymonday
