The Phase Bureau PatternityThis week's Lover is Kate Swingler, a fashion promotion graduate living in London and specializing in graphic design. Kate loved the Phase Bureau, part of the Phase furniture range which was made as a collaboration between Patternity and furniture maker Toby Winteringham.
Why did you choose the bureau?
I love the contrast between old and new in this piece, its an amazing collaboration – the muted colours make me melt. I also have a secret love for stationery so I become easily obsessed with beautiful things to store it in, such as this bureau.
What's the last thing you bought?
Strawberries and Cream.
What's your most treasured possession?
At the moment my degree project is something I'm quite attached to. Along with my bookshelf and all the things on it.
