Because they are delicious, happy, healthy and the new focus point of renowned English chef Rose Carrarrini, of Rose Bakery fame, in a new book entitled How to Boil an Egg. Alongside Carraini's 80+ ways to enjoy eggs, each recipe is accompanied by fantastic hand drawn, watercolour illustrations by award-winning botanical artist, Fiona Strickland.
