The British summer is finally upon is, and for the first time in a long time, it seems to have decided to stick around. Which of course leaves the people of Britain wanting only one thing, ice. Whether it's whipped up in a cone, crushed into a refreshing drink or decorating your surroundings, ice is everywhere. Here at AnOther we've compiled our favourite ice themed AnOther Loves, including these edible flower ice cubes, to cool you down and refresh your day. 

2. Kris and Kates Ice Cream Treats, Missouri
This stand out ice-cream parlour is a local landmark for the town of St. Josephs in Missouri. Famous for its cake batter ice-cream with cookie dough chunks, it is a perfect slice of true americana style.

3. Maison Martin Margiela S/S06 Ice Cube Jewellery
Doubling up as an accessory and a cool down technique, these coloured ice cube necklaces and bracelets made their debut on the S/S06 Maison Martin Margiela catwalk, where the fuschia and violet drips melted down and created patterns on the neutral garments.

6. Ice Moon by Doshi Levien for Häagen-Dazs
London-based designers Doshi Levien created this edible Ice Moon for Ice Cream legends Häagen Dazs last summer. This creation is in fact, an ice cream cake, made up of deliciously indulgent layers of macademia nut and raspberry ice cream, meringue and a crunchy pistachio biscuit base. It makes for the perfect luxury snack on a hot summer day.

7. Ice Cream Sandwich Shorts by TMHS
Compton based menswear brand The Mr Hankerson Show created these delicious shorts as part of their appropriately titled spring/summer 2012 collection Frozen Treats.

8. Sweet Skull Ice Lolly by David Sykes
Mordibly intricate, this skullsicle ice lolly was created by Hamilton Ice Sculptures for a photography project by London based food photographer David Sykes. The deathly series also included chocolate and toffee apple skull designs.
